Request for off center and camera movement view
Looking at the cutscenes which are all in game cinematics it should be pretty easy to create you're own in game movies.
Except all you can do is zoom in and out because a character is always at the centre of the screen. A freeform camera like most RTS's have - would be very welcome. Absolutely the default mode should be centered on char but hold down a key and you can refocus (by refocus I mean change what you're looking at and not make blurry  )Maybe I missed it but is there a way to move the camera focus and elevation like they do in the cutscenes. (If it's already there please tell me how to access) If not why not make it available? I'd often like to see my character from a different profile and those guys doing machina would LOVE this! Anet could make a competition out of it - best player generated movie wins a prize etc.... great fun and another aspect of GW |
